We are a dedicated global team of researchers, scientists, educators, and psychologists, bringing years of collective experience to the world of parenting. Our journey began in India in 2019, rapidly expanding its reach around the world and by 2020, we established our first research and development center, focusing on crafting personalized materials for baby's brain development. Today, our parenting programs span the United States, the United Kingdom, the United Arab Emirates, India, France, and over 150 nations globally. Our Methodology
At UpTodd, we've carefully curated our approach by leveraging insights from over 10,000+ research papers and tapping into the expertise of professionals from prestigious institutions like MIT, Stanford, IITs, and AIIMS. Our program integrates techniques from globally recognized methodologies, including early stimulation from Glenn Doman, Montessori's emphasis on independence and exploration, Howard Gardner's theory of multiple intelligences from Harvard University, Waldorf's holistic approach, the Reggio Emilia Approach's focus on creativity, indigenous parenting and mindful parenting. This comprehensive approach empowers babies worldwide to thrive and reach their full potential with evidence-based guidance.
Our Journey
In 2015, 3 passionate individuals came together to make a difference in the lives of children. They were running an NGO in the education sector, where they encountered young minds with untapped potential, hindered by gaps in their foundational levels. It was a concern that weighed heavily on their hearts, and they were determined to find a solution that would give these children the right start in life.
Parental Concerns and the Quest for Solutions
Their journey led them to an unexpected revelation as they met with 5000+ parents like you, including those within their own families. They discovered that children were facing major challenges as Developmental milestones were missed, babies weren’t reaching full potential and some babies were caught in harmful behaviour patterns. Every parent, regardless of their background, shared a common aspiration: they didn't want their children to face the same challenges they did, to achieve a brighter future and reach their full potential. Despite parents' deep desires to help their children tap their full potential, the fast-changing world and its numerous distractions, from smartphones to pollution, were standing in the way. We also realised that in the modern world, simply seeing the night sky and counting stars had become a distant dream for the current generation, which was common in earlier days. The lack of guidance, limited socialisation, and packed schedules of parents were preventing children from reaching their true potential. The founders realised that parents needed support, knowledge, and a guiding hand. They saw that there was a treasure trove of untapped potential within every child, waiting to be unlocked.
Collaborating with Experts to Shape the Future
Then the turning point came when they met a team of top psychologists and experts from Harvard University, and AIIMS. Together, they understood: every baby is born with innate genius abilities. However, these abilities can be lost if the right stimulation isn't provided during the crucial first three years of life. From top sportspeople to musicians and tech professionals, every individual's capabilities were shaped by the experiences and stimulations they received during those critical early years.
Realizing the Potential: The Birth of UpTodd
With newfound purpose and insight, they set out to support 138 diverse families with babies aged 0-5 years, including their own family children. They also included 24 underprivileged babies in this endeavour. The team was expanded to include 100+ experts from IIT, MIT, AIIMS, and Stanford University, who analysed over 10,000 research papers to formulate a structure that could provide a successful life with a strong foundation for every baby, regardless of their background. Program integrated techniques from globally recognized methodologies, including but not limited to - early stimulation from Glenn Doman, Montessori's emphasis on independence and exploration, Howard Gardner's theory of multiple intelligences from Harvard University, Waldorf's holistic approach, the Reggio Emilia Approach's focus on creativity, indigenous parenting and mindful parenting.
The result was a personalised solution designed to stimulate brain development, provide essential parenting guidance, and offer age-appropriate organic toys & Kit. Babies from various backgrounds surpassed developmental milestones and, in some cases, even received awards. They named flashcards, memorised names of fruits, vegetables, birds, and scientists at just 14 months of age and babies started stomach crawl at just 2 months of age. The results were extraordinary.

In 2019, UpTodd was officially launched, and it quickly became accessible to parents in 150+ countries by 2021. Initially what started as WhatsApp communities transformed into a comprehensive program with a scalable system that combined advanced technologies with a well-researched and personalised framework.
